Hand made bone broth
brewed with intention
At As We Flourish, bone broth isn’t just a food— it’s a ritual.
Each batch is slow-simmered using high-quality, organic ingredients and made with the intention to nourish body, mind, and soul. Our process honors the sacred act of nourishment and invites you to be fully present as you sip and savor.
Why bone broth?

Bone broth is a centuries-old remedy known for its powerful benefits:
-
Supports gut health & digestion
-
Promotes glowing skin, strong hair & nails
-
Boosts immunity
-
Soothes inflammation
-
Strengthens joints and bones
-
Provides nourishment during pregnancy & postpartum
It’s rich in collagen, gelatin, minerals, and amino acids that restore the body and replenish what modern life often depletes.
Bone broth making is a mindful, sensory experience
Our bone broth workshops are designed as sacred spaces to slow down, connect with your senses, and learn the art of making broth in a beautiful, embodied way. You’ll leave with broth, a recipe booklet, a DIY kit, and a renewed connection to yourself.
You'll be guided through the story and purpose of each ingredient, the ritual of preparation and simmering, and a meditation and mindful presence during the process

Can we bring a bottle of wine?Yes, absolutely! If the event is labeled BYOB and not at a restaurant or establishment that serves food and beverages, feel free to bring a bottle of wine or your favorite herbal elixir to sip while you create. We ask that you drink mindfully to preserve the calm, connected energy of the space.
-
What should I wear?Wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Aprons are often available, but creativity has a way of leaving joyful traces. Cozy layers and sleeves you can roll up are always a good idea.
-
What experience level are these classes intended for? These classes are for everyone from first-time creators to seasoned artists. Whether you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since childhood or you create regularly, you’re welcome here. There’s no pressure, no perfection— just process, presence, and play.

What are the health benefits of bone broth?Bone broth is nutrient-rich in collagen, gelatin, amino acids, and minerals that support gut health, immune function, joint health, skin glow, and overall nourishment. We generally don't receive enough of these nutrients in our diets. It’s especially helpful for postpartum healing, inflammation, and digestion.
-
Where do you source your ingredients? We use high-quality, local bones from ethically-raised animals and organic, sustainably-sourced vegetables and herbs in South Carolina. Each batch is made with intention, honoring both the ingredients and the body it's meant to nourish.
-
Are there specific blends for different needs (like pregnancy or immunity)?Yes! We offer optional herbal additions tailored to support different needs— like nettle and raspberry leaf for postpartum, garlic and turmeric for immunity, or seaweed and maca for mineral support and balance.
-
How is your bone broth different from store-bought?Our broth is slow-simmered for up to 24 hours and made with love in small batches— free of fillers, preservatives, or shortcuts.
